詳細ビジネスマッチ東北2026に出展致します！
2026年11月12日（木）、仙台市の「夢メッセみやぎ」で開催される、東北最大級のビジネス展示・商談会「ビジネスマッチ東北2026」にガイアがブース出展いたします。
ガイアは「環境・くらし」分野に、リアルブースとWEBの両方で出展。公式出展企業紹介では、「社会課題をビジネスの力で解決する」をテーマに、地域資源を生かした事業モデルをご案内しています。
東北の企業がつながる「ビジネスマッチ東北2026」
「ビジネスマッチ東北」は、新たな取引、販路拡大、企業連携の機会を創出する展示・商談会です。さまざまな分野の事業者が出会い、東北から新しいビジネスの可能性を広げます。
事業と事業をつなぐ「ソーシャルデベロッパー」
ガイアグループは、観光・不動産・建設・飲食・農業・福祉などの事業を個別に展開するだけでなく、それぞれの活動が新しい需要や雇用を生み出す循環型の地域創生モデルを実践しています。
例えば、使われなくなった別荘や空き家を再生して宿泊施設として活用し、訪れた方々には地域の飲食店や商店を利用していただく。宿泊施設の管理や清掃は地域の仕事となり、地域で生まれた収益が次の取り組みを支えていきます。
ガイアは、こうした多様な事業と人々をつなぐ役割を「ソーシャルデベロッパー」と位置づけています。
「蔵王福祉の森構想」が原点
この取り組みの原点にあるのが、約20年にわたり蔵王町を中心に進めてきた「蔵王福祉の森構想」です。
母なる農村を守りながら、高齢者も若者も、障害のある方もない方も、誰もが安心して暮らし、地域の中でそれぞれの役割を果たせるまちを目指す。その理念を軸に、別荘地の再生、移住・二地域居住、医療・福祉、観光などの取り組みをつなげてきました。
世界初の「オスピタリタ・ディフーザ」国際認証へ
ガイアリゾート蔵王山水苑エリアは、2025年5月に世界初の「オスピタリタ・ディフーザ（Ospitalità Diffusa）」国際認証を取得しました。
イタリア発祥の「アルベルゴ・ディフーゾ」の考え方を発展させ、宿泊施設だけでなく、地域の飲食店・商店・住民生活などが結びついて旅行者を迎えるまちづくりです。「暮らすように泊まる」滞在を通じ、観光と地域の暮らしをつなげていきます。

Connecting Businesses Across Tohoku
Business Match Tohoku is a major exhibition and business-matching event designed to create opportunities for new partnerships, sales channels, and regional business growth.
Our Social Developer Model
GAIA Group connects tourism, real estate, construction, food services, agriculture, and social welfare to create a mutually supportive local economy.
