ざおう食堂は、2026年9月1日、宮城県蔵王町の遠刈田温泉エリアにオープンしました。

ガイアグループの食部門「ガイアフーズ」が、地域の皆様に親しまれる食堂を目指して運営しています。

昼は、気軽に立ち寄れる定食屋。

夜は、お食事やお酒を楽しめる居酒屋。

そして今回、宴会プランが加わったことで、さらに多くの皆様が集える場所となりました。

私たちが目指しているのは、単にお料理を提供するだけのお店ではありません。

GAIA Group is pleased to introduce new banquet and group dining plans at Zao Shokudo, operated by GAIA Foods in Zao Town, Miyagi Prefecture.

Starting in November 2026, guests can choose between two banquet courses, with an optional all-you-can-drink plan available for inquiries.

Standard Banquet Course: ¥3,300 per person, including tax

Hot Pot Banquet Course: ¥4,200 per person, including tax

All-You-Can-Drink Plan: ¥2,200

Whether you are planning an end-of-year gathering, a workplace celebration, a family dinner, or an evening with friends, Zao Shokudo offers a welcoming place to enjoy delicious food and meaningful time together.

■ Standard Banquet Course — ¥3,300 per Person

The standard course offers a selection of popular Japanese dishes, including sashimi, grilled chicken skewers, tempura, and dessert.

Its centerpiece is a JAPAN X Pork Hot Pot, prepared in a light soy sauce-based broth with a fragrant dashi flavor.

Enjoy a selection of Japanese dishes before gathering around a warm hot pot.

■ All-You-Can-Drink Plan — ¥2,200

Zao Shokudo also offers an all-you-can-drink menu featuring a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Selections include beer, highballs, Japanese sours, shochu, sake, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks.

Examples include premium beer, whisky highballs, lemon sour, Japanese sake, cassis orange cocktails, oolong tea, cola, ginger ale, orange juice, and more.

Guests who do not drink alcohol can also choose from soft drinks.

Please note that the all-you-can-drink plan generally requires all members of the same group to order it.

Confirm the applicable duration, tax treatment, and conditions when making your reservation.

Alcohol consumption in Japan is restricted to those aged 20 or older. Please do not drink and drive.

■ Zao Shokudo: Bringing People Together Through Food

Zao Shokudo opened on September 1, 2026, in the Togatta Onsen area of Zao Town.

Operated by GAIA Foods, the restaurant was created as a welcoming dining place for both local residents and visitors.

During the day, it serves familiar Japanese meals and set lunches.

In the evening, it becomes a casual restaurant and dining venue where people can enjoy food, drinks, and conversation.

The new banquet plans create even more opportunities for people to gather.

Residents, vacation-home owners, travelers, remote workers, and people involved in local businesses can all share the same welcoming space.

Our aim is to build meaningful connections through food.

■ Supporting the Zao Welfare Forest Initiative

Zao Shokudo is part of GAIA Group’s wider regional development activities under the Zao Welfare Forest Initiative.
