日本政府観光局（JNTO）は、訪日外国人旅行者が日本国内の旅行をより安心して楽しめるよう、**観光案内コールセンター「JNTO TICコールセンター」**を開設します。

このサービスは 2026年4月1日から開始され、日本全国の観光情報を電話で案内するものです。
対応言語は
- 英語
- 中国語
- 韓国語
- 日本語
の 4カ国語となっており、旅行中の疑問や観光情報の相談に対応します。
また、災害や病気など緊急時には、24時間対応の「Japan Visitor Hotline」も引き続き利用できます。
